The C-Cube is able to measure this parameter ex-vivo and in-vivo, thus making it possible to detect the reduction in desquamation after the application of a treatment. <\/p>\n<p>In in-vivo, the C-Cube uses its color calibration to exploit the L* component and locate the whitest (or brightest) pixels in the image. The latter correspond to the scales detected. The white surface of the image compared to the full surface corresponds to the desquamation index.
